Staying Spiritually Grounded in a Turbulent World
Learn More
In today's busy world, women often juggle many roles—mother, wife, professional, daughter, sister, student—and it can feel impossible to keep everything in balance.
When one area of life thrives, another may suffer. The constant demands can leave little time for spiritual reflection or connection with Allah.
In this inspiring event, Shaykha Dr. Rania Awaad will guide you through adhkar (remembrances) as taught in the Qur'an. You'll learn how dhikr can bring calm, clarity, and strength in the middle of life's challenges. Through practical guidance and simple exercises, you’ll discover how to make dhikr a part of your daily life—helping you stay grounded, manage stress, and grow closer to Allah.
This course is for women and young teens from all backgrounds who want to nurture their spiritual well-being, feel less stressed, and develop habits that bring balance, peace, and purpose to their daily lives.
Dr. Rania Awaad M.D., is a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the Stanford University School of Medicine, where she is the Director of the Stanford Muslim Mental Health & Islamic Psychology Lab as well as Stanford University's Affiliate Chaplain and Affiliate Professor of Islamic Studies.

In the community, she serves as the President and Co-Founder of Maristan.org, a holistic mental health nonprofit serving Muslim communities, and the Director of The Rahmah Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to educating Muslim women and girls.
